The user list under "Customers" can now be grouped by administrators.

Move Appointments

When an appointment is moved, it will display which calendar the appointment was previously booked in.

Exceptions for Appointment Restrictions

You can set in your calendar settings how many appointments can be booked maximum per day and how long the total time of all appointments per day should be maximum. Once the corresponding numbers are reached, the day will be blocked. From now on, you can lift the restrictions for individual days in the calendar view in the admin area.

Display of SMS Length

When designing an SMS text, the length matters. If you use more than 160 characters, you will be charged for two SMS. Therefore, the current length is now displayed when editing SMS texts.

Timeframe for Appointment Export

Currently, when exporting appointments in Excel format, you can set a timeframe. Only appointments falling within this timeframe will be exported. From now on, you also have the option to set the timeframe of the booking. Only appointments whose booking time falls within this timeframe will be exported.

Blocklist for Email Domains

If you want to prevent appointment bookings from specific domains, you can add those domains to a blocklist. Users with email addresses from these domains will then be rejected.

Custom Email Text for Appointment Rescheduling

Previously, the same text was sent when rescheduling an appointment and when changing appointment details. Now, you can create a custom text for each of these situations.

Rescheduled Appointment in Emails

When a customer or the operator reschedules an appointment, the notification email sent to the operator and the customer now includes the date and time of the rescheduled appointment.

Resend Appointment Confirmation

Through the appointment details, the operator or an employee can manually trigger the notification email to the customer for a new appointment if necessary.

No Notification for Confirmed Appointments

With the function for manual confirmation of an appointment by an employee, the associated email notification can now be deactivated. This makes the function purely internal for monitoring the status of an appointment.

New Placeholders for Emails

The new placeholders insert the current date and the time of the appointment reservation into the emails.

Multiline Note Field

A multiline note field can now be created, available only in the admin area. The operator can make notes about a customer or an appointment in this field, which the customer cannot see.

Delete Text

Changed texts for emails and the user interface can now be deleted.

Grouping by Confirmed Appointments

An optional feature allows the operator to confirm booked appointments. These appointments are marked as confirmed or unconfirmed in the appointment list and in the appointment details. A new feature now also allows grouping the appointment list by confirmed and unconfirmed appointments.

Hide Form Fields During Booking

Form fields created for the reservation form can now be excluded from the booking process. The customer then has the option to fill in the fields in the appointment details later.

Set Calendar Order

The order of appointment calendars can now be manually changed by the operator through drag and drop.

Define Exported Columns

In the export function, the exported columns and their order can now be manually defined.

Bisher war es nur möglich, eine Erinnerungs-E-Mail bis maximal 24 Stunden vor dem Termin zu senden. Ab sofort ist es auch möglich, eine E-Mail weniger als 24 Stunden vor dem Termin zu senden. Von 1 bis 23 Stunden ist dabei alles möglich.

Reason for Cancellation

The operator now has the option to enter a reason when canceling appointments, which will then be displayed in the email to the customer.

Forwarding after Interface Login

When a customer logs in via the interface, a forwarding address can be specified. After the customer has successfully logged in, they will be redirected to this address. We have also expanded our PHP client including examples to include this function.

Customer Number in Appointment Export

The customer number is now also displayed in the appointment export of the export module.

Block Appointment Times Copy

Entries under "Configuration -> Block Appointment Times" can now be copied to easily create new blocks.

Group Appointment Reasons

Appointment reasons from different calendars can be grouped together to inform the system that these appointment reasons are identical. This is useful for the function that displays an appointment calendar based on the selected appointment reason. The list of appointment reasons will then not contain duplicate entries.

Prices Depending on Project

In the payment module, it is now possible to set a price for the appointment reasons of a project as well.

Changing Appointment Color

In the popup window of the appointment details, you can now change the color of an appointment.

Description for Checkboxes

For the checkbox form field, you can now enter a description text. In the form, the label will be displayed to the left of the checkbox, and a custom description text can be set to the right of it.

Data Processing Agreement

Just in time for the end of the current transitional period for the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Appointmind has provided a data processing agreement. In the administration area of the calendar, you can now find the "Account" menu item in the main navigation. There, you can download the contract and view the list of current subprocessors.

Privacy Policy for All Calendars

On May 25th, we activated the privacy policy for all calendars. This means that all customers must now accept the privacy policy when booking appointments by checking a box. This function can also be deactivated if not needed.

In the settings under Configuration > General Settings > Privacy, you can enter the contact information for the privacy policy. There is also an option to expand the privacy policy link text where you can add custom information.

The existing text of the privacy policy has been replaced with text based on the currently valid General Data Protection Regulation. If additional modules like Google Analytics or newsletters are activated, the privacy policy will automatically be extended with corresponding passages.
