Rescheduled Appointment in Emails
When a customer or the operator reschedules an appointment, the notification email sent to the operator and the customer now includes the date and time of the rescheduled appointment.
Resend Appointment Confirmation
Through the appointment details, the operator or an employee can manually trigger the notification email to the customer for a new appointment if necessary.
No Notification for Confirmed Appointments
With the function for manual confirmation of an appointment by an employee, the associated email notification can now be deactivated. This makes the function purely internal for monitoring the status of an appointment.
New Placeholders for Emails
The new placeholders insert the current date and the time of the appointment reservation into the emails.
