Cancelling Multiple Bookings

Customers can select multiple bookings from their appointment list and cancel them together. This saves time when customers have many simultaneous bookings they wish to manage.

Automatically Unsubscribe from Birthday Emails

The calendar can optionally send birthday congratulations emails to all customers on their birthdays. This isn't always desired, especially if the last booking was a long time ago and the customer may not even be a customer anymore. Therefore, it is now possible to configure the customer to be automatically unsubscribed from birthday emails after a certain time has passed since the last appointment.

Beim Buchen eines Termins müssen oft Pflichtfelder ausgefüllt werden. Ab und an passiert es, dass der Kunde nicht mitbekommt, dass der Termin nicht abschließend gebucht wurde, weil ein Feld leer geblieben ist. Diesen Kunden kann der Kalender nun automatisch eine Erinnerungs-E-Mail zum Buchen des Termins senden.

Reminder to Activate User Account

When the function to activate the user account is enabled, customers receive an email with a link to confirm their email address. If this confirmation does not occur within the specified time frame, the booked appointment will be deleted. As a reminder, the calendar can now send one or more emails to the customer.

CSV File and Doctorbox

For the export function, there are now two formats available: CSV file and Doctorbox. Similar to the Excel format, you can specify the timeframe for appointments.

Booking Additional Appointments

Optionally, it can be activated to automatically book a second or more additional appointments alongside the first appointment. This is helpful when a second appointment is needed at a specific time interval after the first appointment, such as with vaccination appointments.

Remember User Data

After reserving the first appointment, the system remembers the entered user data, so the customer doesn't have to enter the data again when booking the next appointment. The data is stored temporarily until the browser is closed.

Jump to Next Available Appointment

The next available appointment is automatically displayed, and with a click, the user is directed straight to this appointment.

Using the Event Calendar module together with the Payments module allows setting prices for events.

When blocking appointment times, a 4-week interval can be chosen.

The manual sort order of the appointment calendar can be deleted.

In the module for privacy policies and terms of service, any number of texts can be added, which customers must confirm during the booking process.

Download Imported Users

Imported users, including their access credentials, can be downloaded as a CSV file after the import process.

Recurring Appointments

In the admin area, recurring appointments can be scheduled. The staff member can specify the number of appointments or the end date of the appointment series. All appointments in the series are included in the emails to the user. You can choose to include all future occurrences or only the next X appointments.
