Resend Appointment Notifications
Employees and administrators can manually resend appointment notifications to other employees via the appointment details. There is a dropdown menu below the appointment details for this purpose.
Appointment Confirmation by the Customer
With this optional feature, you can require your customers to confirm their appointments by clicking on a link in the email. For appointments not confirmed, you can specify when they should be automatically canceled. Both the customer and the employee receive a notification when the appointment is canceled.
