Customers Can Take Over Existing Accounts
Customers who book an appointment with an email address that already has an account associated with it will receive an email with a confirmation link. By clicking on the link, the customer confirms that they own the email address, and the appointment is assigned to the existing account. The password set by the customer during the booking process is saved as the password for the new account, allowing the customer future access to the account.

There is now an editor for appointment reasons, allowing for formatting such as headers, paragraphs, and other formatting options.
