Event Calendar for Seminars, Training, and Courses

Appointmind goes beyond just online appointment scheduling. This module is an extension of our reservation system, introducing additional features to offer seminars, training sessions, courses, and other events. In general, the module is suitable for all events that do not fit into a weekly or monthly structure, such as book readings, concerts, tours, visits, and many others.

The Event Calendar seamlessly integrates with the existing features of the reservation system, including customer management and reminder emails. Customers have the option to sign up for a selected event. Once the predetermined number of participants is reached, the event is marked as fully booked. In the administration area, the operator receives a list of events and information about the number and details of customers who have signed up.
