This module supports you in maintaining customer relationships and aims to motivate customers to return regularly. The customer receives a bonus point for each attended appointment. The bonus points are displayed in the customer's profile.
You also have the option to specify a maximum point score. The customer will then see how many points are still needed, for example, 6/10. Once the maximum number of points is reached, the counter starts again.
Additionally, you have the option to automatically send the customer an email with relevant information when they reach the maximum number of bonus points.
